I am in Lusaka, Zambia, after a really long ravel period. I'm adjusting to the time change and trying to catch up on sleep. We have not seen much yet mostly just meetings and paperwork and other less fun things. However, tomorrow I am going to the eastern province to visit a volunteer that is almost finished with his service. % of us LIFE volunteers will visit him and learn what it will be like in our villages. Then when we return we will be told which language to learn and which province we will be living in for the two years. Everything is great so far, they even gave us toilet paper, soap, matches, candles, pens, sheets and some other essentials. Overall, I think I packed a lot of things I don't need and the list was not all that helpful, but I guess it's better to be overly prepared. Thats all for now!
